What I did in January 2011
I wrote some sort of New Year’s resolution for 2011 and I wanna keep track on the progress
My plan to grow Nulisbuku.com now we started a new partnership in writing competition campaign with Acer. A new level in our 3 months old age.
For my challenge to write a biography book, I already meet my inspiring auntie that used to create an amazing women movement called PKK. She’s going to collect all the datas and that’s already first step of the way.
#StartupLokal initiators (yep, including me) will go to Ireland to visit European Sillicon Valley invited by Ireland Embassy. We’re going to learn a lot!
#StartupLokal will also celebrate its birthday in April with 7 days “Indonesia Digital Startup Festival” event. Can’t wait!
About my concern in women issues, me and Anantya already create a new club called Girls in Tech Indonesia (follow @GirlsintechID). We’re going to have our first meetup event in February. I also will give some inputs in a discussion about women in ICT for the government soon.
Community building. As I wrote this, I’m sitting in Anomali Coffee where the first NulisBuku club take place. There will be 50 writers gather together to enjoy book launch, talk show, writing discussion, and many more. It will be an exciting event!
Tempalabs.com released an android game called Candi Craft to realize our commitment to put the feel of Indonesia culture and art in our products (games).
TempaLabs playground is already there in Depok and ready to serve as “hackerspace” for game devs. We currently finalizing the concept.
More time in art? I managed to watch Twilite Orchestra: Cantabile with my artsy buddies.
I just need one more thing, nobody approached me yet to talk about my socio-travel plan. Still waiting for the opportunity.
Looks like everything falls in to right places. I’m 300% optimistic with my resolutions this time
How about you? Tell me your progress.
